Terms of Use
1.Membership & access
Argonauts is a private, members-only service. Your account is personal and non-transferable: one member, one account. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or providing the service's content to non-members is not permitted and leads to immediate termination without refund.
2.Permitted use
You may use Argonauts through its official interface (the web app / installed PWA) for your own personal trading research. Automated access of any kind — scripts, scrapers, bots, bulk downloading, or systematic copying of signals, levels, or historical data — is not permitted. Unusual access patterns are monitored and accounts engaging in them are suspended.
3.No redistribution
All content in Argonauts — signals, flip levels, trend states, statistics, alerts, and their presentation — is provided for your individual use. Republishing, rebroadcasting, mirroring, or feeding it into another product or service (free or paid, public or private) is not permitted.
4.Not financial advice
Argonauts surfaces systematic, backtested market information. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. Markets carry risk; past performance of any signal does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
5.Availability
The service depends on third-party market data and is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free data. We work hard on data integrity — closed-candle signals, verified sources — but no guarantee is given.
6.Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions on redistribution survive termination.
